🔧 Now Hiring: 2nd Shift Welders – MIG & Flux Core

📍 Shakopee, MN | 💲 Competitive Pay + Bonus Potential | 🕓 2nd Shift (4:00 PM – 2:30 AM)

Are you a hands-on welder who thrives on building something that lasts? We’re looking for experienced MIG and Flux Core Welders to join our 2nd shift team and help fabricate steel bridge components that make a real impact.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform fluxcore MIG welding on structural steel up to ½" thick
• Read and interpret blueprints to execute full layouts
• Operate overhead/jib cranes, band saws, drill presses, stud welders, and grinders
• Work in various positions around the shop—including crawling under materials
• Potential to step into a lead welder role and guide others

✅ What You Bring to the Table

• Strong structural welding experience (MIG & flux core)
• Skilled in vertical and wire feed welding
• Blueprint reading proficiency
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in tight or awkward spaces
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work independently
• Must pass 3F and 4F weld tests within days, and 3G within a month

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
