Flip Homes Sales Opportunity – Detroit and Surrounding Areas Who you work with matters. Detroit remains one of the most active and opportunity-rich markets in the country for flip home sales. We are looking for a licensed real estate professional, or someone completing pre-licensing coursework, who wants to learn to evaluate properties, connect with investors, and earn rewarding commissions in this high-demand niche. A real estate license is required before working with clients. First year earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000+ In this opportunity, you will learn to identify properties with flip potential, develop strong investor relationships, and manage transactions from acquisition through closing.   • Have an always learning mindset that enables you to grow with a supportive team
  • Consistently networking and prospecting for new business to meet sales goals
  • Effectively lead communications between potential buyers and sellers assuring the process is smooth and completed in a timely manner
  • Act as the professional intermediary when connecting with leads and industry professionals so our company’s standards and values are reflected in every transaction
  • Identify and evaluate properties with flip potential in the Detroit market
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors and developers
  • Guide clients through the acquisition and sales process from start to close
  • Attend property tours, inspections, and investor meetings to support deal flow

Qualifications:
  • Past sales experience is preferred
  • Willing and able to learn our systems and technologies

  • Active Michigan real estate license, or willingness and ability to obtain one promptly
  • Proven sales or client service experience with strong communication skills
  • Driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to network effectively and build long-term client relationships
