A Licensed Vocational Nursing Associate provides nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with nursing standards and organizational policies. This role requires current licensure, certification in IV and CPR/AED, and skills in communication, time management, and critical thinking. Preference is given to candidates with long-term care, rehabilitation, or assisted living experience, focused primarily on geriatric patient needs.
