Duration: 04+ months with possible extension or conversion
Pay range: $30/hr. to $34/hr

Summary:
This role is a Financial Analyst position partnering with a manufacturing site in Plainfield, Illinois, for a British multinational alcoholic beverage company. The position provides financial planning and analysis (FP&A) support for all of the company's North American manufacturing sites. The analyst will manage month-end close processes, support budgeting and forecasting, and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities:
Financial analysis of the manufacturing costs of Plainfield site.
Organize and manage month-end close reviews and related reporting with all manufacturing sites.
Support the development and consolidation of annual budget and monthly forecast.
Simplify reporting and decision-making processes by leveraging digital tools/ Continuously identify and drive process improvement and automation for better efficiency in reporting, consolidating & analyzing financial information.

Qualifications:
3+ years of accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing consumer goods environment.
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required.
Strong Excel skills.
SAP knowledge is required.
