Job Description
Role: WordPress Developer with advanced Elementor Pro and SEO experience.
Nature of Position: This is a volunteer/internship position . The work contributed will directly influence Krikl Technologies public presentation and its ability to attract new business.
Location: The role is remote-friendly , but the company expresses a preference for candidates located within the Greater Philadelphia service area . Local candidates should be open to occasional in-person collaboration sessions held at local coffee shops, as the company operates without traditional offices and aims for relaxed, creative meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Build responsive, conversion-optimized pages within WordPress using the Elementor Pro page builder.
Customize global styles, sections, and theme elements to ensure they align perfectly with the agencys brand direction.
Implement effective on-page SEO practices , including proper metadata configuration, alt tags for images, logical H1-H3 heading hierarchy, and strategic internal linking.
Integrate and configure HubSpot CRM forms and tracking tools to streamline client interactions and data collection.
Troubleshoot UI issues and actively collaborate on decisions regarding website layout, structure, and content.
Maintain optimal mobile responsiveness across all devices and ensure fast website performance .
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong experience with WordPress and Elementor Pro .
Proficiency in on-page SEO best practices .
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM tools or a demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly.
Capability to produce clean, responsive, and consistently branded designs .
Possession of good visual judgment and a strong sense of design consistency .
Being self-motivated with excellent communication and collaboration skills .
Bonus: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for fine-tuning layouts.
