Job Description We seek a self-starting and analytical UX/UI Designer to drive high-impact updates across Pique’s eCommerce website. This role will own the execution of key UX/UI initiatives, balancing creativity, data, and brand integrity to elevate the online customer journey and promote a highly converting website experience. You will collaborate cross-functionally with eCommerce, growth, and creative teams to implement designs that perform. Responsibilities Own the design of key website experiences—from landing pages to PDPs to checkout flows—across different device types. Leverage analytics, user behavioral insights, heatmaps, and A/B testing results to drive iterative improvements to the customer journey. Evolve our visual design system by working within existing brand guidelines while proposing thoughtful innovations. Deliver wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes efficiently and with precise attention to detail. Partner closely with the eCommerce and web development teams to QA and refine designs pre- and post-launch. Participate in usability testing and translate user feedback into actionable design iterations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), User Experience, Visual Communication, or a related field; or comparable hands-on experience supported by relevant certifications. 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably with subscription-based brands in the eCommerce or DTC space. Fluency in Figma and familiarity with design systems. Understanding of CRO, analytics, and customer journey mapping. Ability to think through edge cases and design for scalability. Strong organizational and project management skills. Knowledge of web performance principles, mobile-first design, and page speed optimization.
