Position: Web Developer
Location: Shelton, CT or Miami, FL
Duration : 6+ Months
Lead the development and maintenance of the web app using React and app capabilities.
Mentor and guide junior developers and offshore consultants, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to create seamless and user-friendly app experiences.
Architect and implement new features, ensuring high performance and scalability.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and conduct code reviews.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the app remains competitive and innovative.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
Takes the initiative to fix issues proactively. Persistent in the face of roadblocks and pulls in others as necessary.
