Job Description

As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality websites and web applications for our clients.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement websites that are functional, user-friendly, and visually appealing. Your work will directly impact the success of our clients online presence.

Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with designers to ensure a seamless transition from design to development, maintaining brand consistency and visual appeal.
2. Customize existing templates, themes, and plugins to meet specific client needs.
3. Implement eCommerce functionality and optimize user experience for online stores (Shopify, Squarespace, etc.).
4. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and performance concerns.
5. Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
6. Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate lead-generation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
7. Manage content updates and modifications across multiple platforms.
8. Ensure all websites are compliant with web standards, security protocols, and accessibility guidelines.
9. Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure the websites are running efficiently.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience (4+ years) as a Web Developer, with hands-on experience in Shopify, HubSpot, WordPress, and Squarespace.
2. Experience with Shopify Liquid, HubSpot COS, WordPress theme customization, and Squarespace developer mode.
3. Knowledge of web hosting, domains, and content management systems.
4. Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation.
5. Experience with APIs, integrations, and third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways, CRMs, marketing automation tools).
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
8. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
9. A strong portfolio showcasing previous web development projects is highly desirable.
