• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing evaluation and treatment for urologic conditions.
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, efficient, and effective patient care.
• Assist with in-clinic procedures, pre- and post-operative care, and diagnostic testing.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, procedures, medications, and ongoing care needs.
• Utilize EMR systems to document patient care accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development activities.
• Contribute to a supportive team culture based on mutual respect, shared goals, and open communication.
• Maintain compliance with clinic policies, regulatory standards, and best practice guidelines.

• Current RN license in [State] required.
• BSN preferred; ADN considered with relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience; urology or surgical specialty experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Proficient in using electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for patient-centered care and a collaborative team approach.
