Key Responsibilities:

• Enable requirements and system support: Work closely with office management and government task manager to enable requirements gathering, system evaluation, integration, implementation, and assist in the maintenance of the data environments

• Manage requirements lifecycle: Manage requirements from receipt to delivery working with diverse service delivery teams to ensure requirements are regularly reviewed and updated

• Assess and implement process improvements: Provide assessments of current work unit processes, recommend a way forward, propose an implementation plan, and support the implementation of projects

• Lead full-lifecycle planning: Provide full-lifecycle planning, change management from inception to execution for a high operational tempo mission office

• Capture user feedback: Sustain, propose, implement, and evolve capabilities to capture user feedback on products and capabilities delivered by technical project teams

• Deliver documentation and SOPs: Provide documentation and SOPs not limited to assessments completed and implementation of new processes

• Ensure documentation availability: Ensure documentation is made available to the PM and GTM in an approved document repository

• Collaborate with technology teams: Work closely with technology teams to improve processes and services

• Optimize delivery processes: Identify efficiencies and develop processes to optimize the delivery of immediate and long-term capabilities, vision, strategy, and priorities

• Support special projects: Support special projects involving advanced technology solutions for partner organizations

• Evaluate technologies: Provide technology evaluations that can assist with streamlining processes and scaling to meet evolving mission demands

• Maintain requirements systems: Support requirements management system for a multi-disciplined mission-focused team including maintenance of legacy requirements tracking system

• Support data policy: Support data policy and workflows

• Provide technical training: Provide technical, ad hoc trainings to data users on custom tools and data exploitation consistent with established use cases

• Automate data solutions: Sustain or introduce automated solutions that can map collections to data models, increase efficiencies in data sharing and transport, and optimize workflows to use fewer mission applications

Qualifications:

Required:

• Workflow and technology support: Experience standing up new workflows and supporting technology to track and manage requirements

• Metrics and triage tools: Experience creating metrics and triage tools for technologists and leaders to assess overall level of effort

• Big data and AI/ML: Experience supporting big data environments and AI/ML solutions

• Advanced technology delivery: Experience delivering advanced technology solutions

• Software engineering: Experience with software engineering processes in multi-language environments

• Sensitive data policy: Experience with sensitive data policy and data workflows

• Iterative architecture delivery: Experience delivering iterative technology architectures to address unmet mission needs

• Data exploitation leadership: Experience leading data exploitation efforts for sensitive data

• Best practices implementation: Experience implementing best practices and private sector solutions into sensitive data environments

• Project lifecycle execution: Experience taking data exploitation projects from conception to production

• Governance structure support: Experience implementing and supporting new governance structures for IT services

• Roadmap implementation: Experience delivering large-scale implementation of roadmaps and plans for IT organizations

• Complex systems planning: Experience creating project plans for complex systems

• Cost modeling: Experience organizing data to develop cost models

• Strategic resource planning: Experience developing strategic resource plans for enterprise-wide services

• ETL team leadership: Experience leading development teams including ETL to align with organizational needs

• Technology transformation: Experience transforming technology programs to meet corporate priorities

• Machine learning: Experience with machine learning solutions

• Training on sensitive tools: Experience training users on tools for sensitive data exploitation

• Analytic collaboration: Experience working directly with analytic disciplines to derive requirements and understand workflows

• Cross-organizational collaboration: Experience working across multiple Federal and partner organizations

• UI/UX and design: Experience with User Interface/User Experience or graphic design

• Messaging systems: Experience communicating using messaging systems

• Cloud technologies: Experience with GDCH, AWS, or other cloud technologies

• Big data platforms: Experience with Elastic products (Kibana, Elastic Search), NiFi, Linux admin, or GPU admin

• Creative tools: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite

• CRM platforms: Experience with Salesforce

• Certifications: WS Certification, PMP Certification, Agile Certification, DEVSECOPS Certification
