Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45.00+ per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 10-hour shifts, night shift
Travel: 75% (required)
Work Location: On the road

PLEASE NOTE: Because this position requires significant travel, the job posting location simply reflects one of the areas that the ideal candidate will be working in. You will travel to each job site with your own vehicle (travel allowance provided), but there is no centralized office to report to. We do have an office in Dexter, MO that the candidate will have to come to their first week for training, orientation, and also end of year trainings.

About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Supermarket Refrigeration Foreman to install and start up commercial refrigeration equipment for national supermarket clients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of leading field installations and start-ups with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Install and start up commercial refrigeration systems
• Install compressors, replace refrigerants, and set up refrigerated cases
• Perform pipefitting, copper pipe brazing, and insulation work
• Troubleshoot building automation systems
• Use test equipment (meters, gauges, reclaim machines, vacuum pumps, power tools)
• Communicate technical details clearly to customers, vendors, and team members

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Supermarket Refrigeration Foreman (required)
• EPA Universal Certification (required)
• Rack System experience (required)
• Supermarket Rack Refrigeration: 3 years (required)
• Foreman experience: 3 years (required)
• Experience with Walmart, Sam’s Club, or Food Lion (required)
• Pipefitting and brazing experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage jobsite operations
