  • Lead daily operations of the store, ensuring a smooth and efficient environment for partners and customers
  • Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence through effective staffing, training, and scheduling
  • Inspire and develop a team of baristas and shift supervisors through coaching and performance management
  • Uphold Starbucks' mission and values, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment
  • Maintain inventory, manage ordering, and ensure compliance with all food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Act as a brand ambassador in the community and foster strong customer relationships
We'd love to hear from people with: 3 years retail / restaurant management experience or 4+ years of US Military service Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sale focused environment Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity Hiring Preference: The Pauma Band of Mission Indians, exercises American Indian hiring preference in accordance with 25 USC 472 and Section 703(i) of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Preference will be given to members of the Pauma Tribe and other federally recognized Tribes who meet the minimum qualifications for job positions and can provide proof of eligibility for Indian preference. This includes both hiring and promotions within the organization. Requirements: Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply. Ability to work full time (the work regularly demands in excess of 40 hours per week) including variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/ or holidays. Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
