Senior Superintendent (Healthcare)

Job Title:  Senior Superintendent
Job Location: Grapevine, TX
Salary: $140k-$175k + Strong Health Benefits / 401k Match / Vehicle / etc. 
Requirements: 8+ Years Experience as a Superintendent. Experience on healthcare projects 

This is a full time / permanent position with a 250-person Design/Build General Contractor in the DFW area. 

They are heavily focused in healthcare and Municipal construction projects. They are well established with consistent work and a strong backlog of projects. Due to growth, they are currently hiring for multiple Superintendents with ground-up project experience.

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide field oversight on projects from start to finish
• Develop and manage the project schedule 
• Manage subcontractors and all members of jobsite
• Monitor Construction progress
• Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc. 

What You Need for this Position

• 8+ Years Experience as a Superintendent
• Experience on projects related to Healthcare / Hospitals or Municipal (K-12) 
• Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
• MS Project 
• Bachelors in Construction Management (or related) is a plus but not required
