About the role

As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll shape the architecture behind AI-driven features that empower customers to create personalized content and engaging digital experiences. Youll build end-to-end analytics and A/B testing frameworks, offering insights that drive product decisions. You'll also integrate with platforms like Shopify, enhancing the user experience across the e-commerce ecosystem. Additionally, youll design adaptable payment systems to support subscriptions and transactions, and lead the development of a real-time multiplayer editor using CRDTs to optimize collaboration and React performance. Beyond building, you'll craft a seamless onboarding process to boost user activation and retention.

Things you'll be working on

• Developing AI Tools : Developing AI-driven features that empower end-customers to create personalized content and impactful digital experiences.
• Building Analytics and Experimentation : Creating end-to-end analytics and A/B testing frameworks, providing customers with actionable insights.
• Integrating with 3rd-Party Platforms : Designing seamless connections with platforms like Shopify to enhance user experiences across e-commerce ecosystems.
• Developing Payments and Billing Systems : Architecting adaptable payment and billing infrastructure to support various customer needs, including subscriptions and transactions.
• Owning the Multiplayer Editor : Leading the development of the multiplayer editor, leveraging CRDTs for real-time collaboration and optimizing React performance.
• Enhancing User Onboarding : Designing a smooth, intuitive user onboarding process to boost activation and retention.

Core requirements

• Location : Hybrid role based in San Francisco.
• Experience : 5+ years working with customer centric multiplayer products
• Expertise : Building end-to-end analytics, integrating third-party platforms, designing payment systems, developing real-time collaborative tools, and managing user onboarding
• Technical Skills : Highly proficient in TypeScript, React, and Node, with an eye for design and ability to make progress without dedicated designer
• AI-enhanced : Skilled in leveraging GPT, Claude, and Cursor to enhance productivity and efficiency in development tasks.

• Youre product-focused, always considering how features impact customer experience and satisfaction.
• You have experience building products from 0 to 1, driving progress without needing constant product or design support.
• You value writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, knowing that clear documentation is essential for long-term success over quick fixes.
• You collaborate closely with founders, preferring to align on vision, strategy, and product roadmap to ensure the team is always moving in the right direction.
