Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and monitor secure solutions with a strong focus on Secrets Management and Privileged Access Management (PAM). The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, automation scripting, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks.

This role requires a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, continuously learns emerging security trends, and collaborates effectively across teams to enhance enterprise security posture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, maintain, and manage secure solutions with emphasis on PAM and Secrets Management systems.
  • Monitor and respond to potential security incidents, ensuring systems and data remain protected.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts or applications to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and define new security requirements.
  • Conduct security assessments and participate in the development of secure architecture and design.
  • Stay current with evolving cybersecurity trends, vulnerabilities, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise and recommendations for enhancing overall security infrastructure.
  • Document and communicate security processes, configurations, and incident resolutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in an engineering or system administration role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows, Linux, and networking fundamentals.
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting and problem resolution across OS and network layers.
  • Ability to write and maintain scripts/applications (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
