We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in building relationships, are comfortable with public speaking, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Team to execute strategic initiatives, represent our company at industry events, and drive lead generation through partnerships and networking. Occasional travel is required.

Key Responsibilities

70% – Sales

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing and prospective clients through effective communication (email, calls, live chat, etc.) and consistent follow-ups.

  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to generate leads and build meaningful client connections.

  • Establish and nurture partnerships with complementary service providers in the e-commerce ecosystem to drive referrals and co-branded initiatives.

  • Develop and test creative lead generation strategies, including but not limited to engaging with e-commerce communities (both online and offline) and collaborating with platform seller recruitment teams.

  • Track and report on outreach activities, lead conversion, and partnership outcomes.

30% – Marketing

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital and social media initiatives to build brand awareness.

  • Create and manage marketing assets such as brochures, presentations, and digital content.

  • Work closely with global teams across regions, with flexible collaboration practices to support consistent messaging and brand alignment.

  • Deliver engaging product presentations and demos to potential clients and partners.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or related roles (recent graduates with relevant internships are welcome).

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport and “break the ice” with new contacts.

  • Strong presentation skills and public speaking confidence.

  • Willingness to travel for industry events and conferences.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., CRM platforms, social media analytics, or email marketing software).

  • A proactive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Salary and Benefits

  • Base salary: $40,000 – $50,000 per year.

  • Bonus structure: A performance-based bonus program is being developed to reward lead generation and sales contributions.
