Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Entry-Level Remote Travel Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist with booking and coordinating travel arrangements for individuals, groups, or corporate clients. Youll help ensure every trip runs smoothly by managing details such as flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries all from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with travel planning and reservations, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and activities.
Coordinate travel logistics while staying within budget and aligning with client preferences.
Maintain communication with clients before, during, and after travel to provide support and updates.
Create and manage detailed travel itineraries and documentation.
Research destinations, visa requirements, travel regulations, and policies.
Respond promptly to travel changes, delays, or disruptions with efficient solutions.
Use booking platforms, CRM systems, and internal tools to manage records and track bookings.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and booking platforms.
Passion for travel and customer service.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service.
Personal travel experience or destination knowledge.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
