About The Role
Zephyr Home Services is seeking dynamic, high-integrity Regional Sales Trainer to champion field and classroom development across our brands. In this pivotal role, you'll partner closely with technicians, project managers, service managers, and sales leaders to embed the Zephyr Sales System and Zephyr Service System into daily operations—driving consistent performance and an exceptional customer experience. With a strong field presence and hands-on coaching approach, you'll lead transformative training sessions that align people, processes, and performance, playing a critical role in developing frontline talent and supporting our mission to deliver world-class service at scale.
