Real Estate Attorney

Commercial Real Estate Attorney - $235,000 - $285,000

Position Overview
The Real Estate Attorney will provide expert legal guidance on various real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role involves advising clients on property acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing matters, while also negotiating and drafting essential documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing agreements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and lease contracts.
• Conduct title examinations and survey reviews to ensure clear property titles.
• Advise clients on compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
• Represent clients in negotiations and disputes related to real estate transactions.
• Collaborate with other professionals, including real estate agents and lenders, to facilitate smooth transactions.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the state where the practice will occur.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law.
• Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, property law, and related regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously with attention to detail.
