Compensation: Up to $140,000+

A well-established boutique Intellectual Property law firm in Portland, Oregon is actively seeking a USPTO licensed Patent Attorney to join their growing team. With decades of specialized experience, this firm is recognized for its deep technical expertise, strategic portfolio development, and strong client advocacy.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 1 year of patent prosecution experience , with additional IP litigation experience preferred
• A technical background in Electrical Engineering, Fiber Optic Communications, Encryption/Security , or a related field
• USPTO registration (or the ability to obtain it)
• Admission to practice law in Oregon , or eligibility to waive in
