Part-Time Production Data Assistant

Schedule: Monday - Friday 20–25 hours per week.

About the Role:

We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry Assistant to support our manufacturing office. This position is responsible for entering and maintaining production, and inventory, data to ensure accurate recordkeeping and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update production, inventory, and information in company systems.
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with weekly reporting, document scanning, and electronic filing.
• Communicate with supervisors to resolve data discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and records.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior data entry or office experience preferred (manufacturing environment a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Compensation:

• $18 - $22per hour, based on experience.
• Paid Holidays.
