Overview Imprimis Group is hiring a part-time AP and Data Entry Clerk for their client, a faith-based non-profit organization located near Preston Road/Oak Lawn area of Dallas. The position will report to the business manager and assist with entering data into a database system, invoicing, posting and reconciliations in QuickBooks. Office hours 8:30 to 5:00. Can be Flexible on days. Base pay range $21.00/hr - $25.00/hr What you Will Do Input numerical and alphabetical data into the client’s system, Pushpay, from weekly and monthly donations; edit and update any changes in address or donation amounts Assist with invoicing and payable posting in QuickBooks Assist Business Manager with any additional projects such as campaign fund-raising events Requirements Ability to work 25-30 hours a week onsite 1-2 years Accounts Payable experience Must have 1 yr experience with QuickBooks Pushpay database experience helpful but can train Bilingual experience is helpful but not required Qualifications Seniority level: Not Applicable Employment type: Temporary Job function: Accounting/Auditing Industries: Non-profit Organizations #J-18808-Ljbffr Imprimis Group
