About the company

We are an SEO agency specializing in off-page SEO. We deliver effective, scalable link-building campaigns to generate high-quality, Google-friendly backlinks to our clients’ websites, targeting specific pages and keywords.

We are based in the US, but most of our employees are from Europe (mainly Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, etc.). There are currently around 20 people working at OutreachMama (link builders, account managers, administrative and sales assistants, and upper management), along with 10 writers. As our client numbers grow, so does our need to hire more people. 

About the role

As Operations Coordinator , you will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding top talent, identifying growth opportunities, and streamlining our operations. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of operations and marketing, the ability to make decisions independently, and a knack for identifying and attracting top talent. This is a part-time position with an opportunity for full-time, depending on needs and performance. The scope of work will not go beyond the agreed-upon working hours. 

Core Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all departments are running smoothly
  • Managing team members, scheduling, logistics, and internal communications
  • Overseeing and coordinating marketing efforts
  • Creating and improving internal SOPs
  • Optimizing current workflows and processes
  • Identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities
  • Hiring top talent for critical positions

About you

  • At least 3 years’ experience in marketing - bonus points for working with SEO agencies or with paid ads.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in managing teams remotely.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fast learner and self-starter.
  • Proactivity - act without being told what to do, with the ability to foresee needs before they arise.
  • Familiarity with a variety of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Quick learner with a strong desire to stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and techniques.
  • Excellent English, with both written and verbal communication skills.

WORK SCHEDULE
