BW Talent Solutions is hiring an Office Engineer I on behalf of Advance Management Inc. to provide essential financial, analytical, and reporting support across large-scale construction and development projects. In this role, you’ll provide essential technical, administrative, and construction-management support across a large-scale, high-visibility airport improvement program. You'll ensure the efficient flow of design and construction documentation, maintain rigorous controls for submittals and RFIs, support projects managers and construction teams, and keep all project information accurate, organized and up to date.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage the receipt, distribution, tracking, and maintenance of construction submittals and RFIs using PM Web.
• Perform document control functions: maintain project files (hard and digital), ensure drawings and documents are posted accurately and promptly, and support plan updates with contractors.
• Prepare and update logs, reports, exhibits, and status summaries, ensuring all project information is current and compliant with internal processes.
• Support the project management team—including Project Manager, Assistant PM, Construction Manager, and Design Manager—by providing administrative and construction-management assistance.
• Distribute documents for review, consolidate comments, obtain approvals, and issue responses back to contractors.
• Attend and document project meetings, including writing agendas, minutes, and follow-up communications.
• Perform expediting functions, prepare and maintain expediting logs, and ensure timely processing of outstanding items.
• Manipulate drawings, PDFs, and other electronic files to create exhibits for presentations or stakeholder meetings.
• Maintain strong working relationships with internal/external stakeholders, design teams, and construction partners through clear communication and professional collaboration.
• Support additional project-related tasks as assigned, including on-site coordination within an active airport environment.
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, engineering, or project management - airport experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience with projects more than $50 million in value.
• Experience with various delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR and Design/Build.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam.
• Ability to work in PM Web preferred.
• Experience working in major airport environments and with multidisciplinary design/construction teams.
• Strong understanding of document control processes and electronic project management systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Professional certifications such as AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, or AICP
