Job Description:

Looking for fastpaced line cooks to join our team.

Must have experience cooking on aline.

• Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies.
• Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables butchering meat portioning products or preparing sauces).
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously in high quality and in a timely fashion.
• Execute all dishes with consistency and care.
• Grill Sautee Oven Prep
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
• Washing dishes & trash disposal.
• Arrive to work on time dressed in workappropriate attire.
• Catering knowledge preferred.
• Follow directions and instructions.
• Cleanliness.

Back of the House Employee Uniform Requirements

CLOTHING:

• Clean and pressed chef coat preferred. If unavailable a clean company appointed logo utility shirt may be worn.
• Black chef trousers.
• Black socks.
• Head coverings are required. (This helps prevent hair and sweat from falling onto the food you are preparing.) Acceptable head coverings include a chef hat a plain black baseball cap or a bandana.
• Black chef aprons will be provided and laundered inhouse for daily use.

FOOTWEAR:

• Black nonslip shoes only.

JEWELRY:

• Plain wedding band only. (No additional rings no bracelets no watches no necklaces no dangling earrings etc.)
