GENERAL FUNCTION The Licensed Target Store Manager leads a high-performing team to deliver an exceptional guest experience, meeting all brand goals and commitments.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure Team Members deliver outstanding guest experiences by modeling and coaching the playground rules. Set clear expectations for store readiness and guest service. Manage store floor flow and serve as the caretaker for guests and team members. Develop action plans for team member development and hold them accountable. Provide timely feedback and create a culture of fun, simplicity, and style. Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions. Understand success drivers within the business and identify areas for improvement. Build professional relationships with optical doctors and target hosts to enhance business performance. Recruit top talent and create effective schedules based on business trends. Manage payroll, personnel paperwork, and store inventory. Ensure compliance with all operating policies, merchandising, and sales strategies.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Opticianary License or ABO Certification as required by state law 3+ years in customer service or retail Experience in recruiting, talent development, selling, and motivating others PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years management or supervisory experience Benefits include health care, retirement, paid time off, and discounts.
