Licensed Master Esthetician

MUST LIVE IN SEATTLE, WA

About The Position: We are looking for a Seattle-based master esthetician looking for full-time employment with at least 2 years of experience using IPL, RF Microneedling, and other medical aesthetic and/or body contouring treatments including CoolSculpting. Strong communication skills and having confidence when making treatment recommendations is a must. We are looking for someone who is loves tending to the details, is highly professional, articulate, and a lover of people. Knowledge of Skin Medica and Epionce products is a plus.

Job Responsibilities - As a Master Esthetician at Seattle Aesthetics, you will:

• Provide personalized consultations, making the best recommendations based on the goals of the client
• Perform all medical aesthetic treatments including IPL, RF Microneedling, triLift, SofWave, DiamondGlow, CoolSculpting, and more
• Educate patients about their treatment plan, providing post-care instructions
• Be attentive to the myriad of details about each treatment, ensuring proper documentation and client follow-up
• Maintain a clean work environment, ensuring adequate supplies are on hand to perform all treatments
• Represent Seattle Aesthetics in a professional manner
• Ensure every client feels like they have had an exceptional experience with every interaction
• Respond to incoming leads, answering questions and converting them into aesthetic consultations
• Confidently recommend skin care products as appropriate

Job Requirements - To thrive in this role, you must be:

• A licensed Master Esthetician in the state of Washington
• A mature, drama-free team player
• Passionate about working with people and providing outstanding client care
• Able to communicate effectively with co-workers and clients
• Experienced using medical aesthetic equipment, including IPL and RF Microneedling
• Self-directed and able to work independently (we don’t like micromanaging!)
• Computer literate and able to use practice management software
• Well-groomed with exceptional hygiene
• Punctual, motivated, and in alignment with our core values.
• Someone who is comfortable working in a drama-free environment

Hours and Pay:

• This is a full-time position of 32 hours or more per week
• Required to work occasional Saturdays to accommodate patient availability
• Base pay starts at $27 per hour with generous treatment commissions, tips, and retail commissions. Depending on experience, it is easy to make closer to $45.00 per hour
