Proactive Hr Assistant

Robert Half is partnering with a client seeking a proactive HR Assistant to support their Human Resources department. This role is great for someone who enjoys working with people, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with onboarding, new hire paperwork, and employee orientation
• Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of HR files
• Support recruitment efforts by posting jobs and scheduling interviews
• Help administer benefits, payroll, and compliance documentation
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of HR or administrative experience preferred
• Knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
