Overtime opportunities are available. Responsibilities include: Preventative mechanical maintenance (changing belts, greasing motors) Touring and logging; knowledge of equipment room Diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues General maintenance, painting, drywall, and light repairs Qualifications: Availability to be on call 24/7 Experience with PTACH units Basic electrical and HVAC coursework Universal CFC/R-410A certification preferred Prior hotel experience is a plus Reliable transportation Ability to lift 60 pounds and ascend ladders up to 30 feet Excellent customer service skills Salary depends on experience, skills, and certifications.
