Job Description

1. Master’s Degree in Education or related field, teaching qualification certification.
2. Native English speakers from the United States, the UK, Canada, Australia, etc
3. Experienced in A-level teaching;
4. At least 10 years of international high school principal experience;
5. Excellent organizational, managerial skills ;
6. Experience in curriculum development;
7. Excellent people skills ;
8. Excellent leadership skills;
9. Excellent problem-solving skills. 1.Be fully responsible for the preparation and daily operation of the school.

1. Reporting to the company regularly, and formulate and implement the development plan of the school as well as the yearly and semester’s work plans;
2. Establishing and improving rules and regulations to ensure the smooth operation of the school;
3. Be responsible for the overall curriculum planning of the school, lead the teaching department to formulate and implement the curriculum plan, syllabus, teaching plan and corresponding implementation opinions, and also guide and supervise the teachers to carry out the plans;
4. Be responsible for the recruitment, training, management and assessment of teachers , and promote the continuous improvement of teaching quality and school management ;
5. Be responsible for the communication with other organizations;
6. Be responsible for students’ enrollment, market promotion, etc., actively expand school enrollment channels, and complete enrollment tasks.
