Working within a team of human resource professionals, the Healthcare Recruiter will lead the full-cycle talent acquisition process including screening internal and external candidates, scheduling interviews, screening candidate references, managing background checks, and assisting with all other employment operations. The Healthcare Recruiter will provide exceptional customer service and promote the organization's mission and vision.
