Full-Time Nanny/Family Assistant 

Compensation: $30-$35 per hour ($62,400-$72,800 annually)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM (guaranteed 40 hours per week, with flexibility for up to 50 hours)
Start Date: ASAP
Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 2-4 sick/personal days, major holidays
Commitment: Long-term position
Parking: Available at residence
Family-Provided Car: For work-related tasks

About the Family

A warm and loving family in the South End is looking for a nurturing and patient nanny/family assistant to join their home. With three bright, curious children ages 7, 5, and 4, they embrace a gentle parenting approach, prioritizing respect, emotional connection, and mindful discipline. The family values a caregiver who fosters creativity, encourages independence, and supports the children in exploring their world with kindness and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, engaged care for three children, using gentle discipline and positive reinforcement.
• Assist with school pick-ups, drop-offs, and transportation to activities.
• Foster emotional growth through play-based learning, storytelling, and open communication.
• Encourage independence and self-regulation in daily routines.
• Help with homework in a patient and supportive manner.
• Perform child-related household tasks, including laundry, tidying up, and simple meal prep.
• Collaborate with the family’s current nanny to create a seamless, peaceful routine.
• Occasionally provide overnight care (accommodations available).
• Assist with light household management, including running errands.

Qualifications

• Experienced in working with multiple children
• Fluent in Spanish or willing to help the children practice their Spanish.
• Flexible, proactive, and a great communicator.
• Holds a valid driver’s license (family provides a car for work tasks).
• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain certification.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide 3-5 professional references.
