The Executive Director will also be responsible for leading enterprise-wide initiatives and must have the skills to gain consensus and alignment at the SVP level.Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' in retail field management, be experienced in leveraging data and analytics for strategic decision-making, and have a leadership background in retail, healthcare, or pharmacy organizations. The role involves extensive travel and requires the candidate to reside in specific states. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with a preference for candidates with 15 or more years of experience, LP Qualified, or LP Certified, and a Master's degree.
