Hybrid - work remote 1 day/week

**MUST HAVE experience working in the financial services industry (hedge fund, private equity, venture capital).

Responsibilities

• Maintain complex calendars
• Effectively liaise with internal and external executives on a regular basis
• Coordinate extensive, international travel arrangements including VISAs
• Professionally handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Maintain and process professional expenses
• Project work as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience working in the financial services industry a MUST
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with complex calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and seamlessly work with executives at all levels
• Proficient in MS Office
