As a Social Media Assistant, you will support the development and execution of social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. Key Responsibilities - Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely manner
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor strategies to enhance our social media efforts
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns
- Track and analyze social media metrics to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Assist in developing and maintaining a content calendar for social media platforms
- Support the social media team in organizing and promoting online events and contests
What You Bring: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
- Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing through internships, coursework, or personal projects is a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude.
