We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Entry Level Social Media Assistant Service. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various data entry tasks and supporting our social media initiatives. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, a great communicator, and is able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities - Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Manage and update social media platforms with relevant content
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to keep abreast of best practices
- Analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
- Assist with content creation for social media platforms
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in data entry and general computer skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and metrics
