Location: In-Office (Hybrid option available after training)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Position Overview
Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where organization and communication are key? We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you’ll coordinate maintenance service requests from start to finish — acting as the vital link between customers and technicians.
Coordinate and dispatch service technicians based on customer needs and availability
Communicate regularly with facility managers, site leads, and technicians via phone, email, and online platforms
Provide timely updates to customers regarding scheduling and service status
Track and update service orders with clear notes and accurate completion details
Release approved estimates and confirm service timelines with vendors
Prioritize and expedite urgent or emergency requests
Monitor technician pricing and ensure job costing accuracy
Research service information and process orders efficiently
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and general computer applications
Ability to manage multiple service orders while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Dependable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines in a time-sensitive environment
Prior customer service or dispatch experience is a plus
