Our boutique law firm client, a premier Long Island law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate with 3+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, financings, private placements, securities law and general corporate practice. This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative team of highly regarded attorneys recognized for their depth of knowledge and leadership in the field. You will handle sophisticated matters and complex transactions across a range of businesses and industries. Qualifications
The firm offers a comprehensive package that includes a competitive base salary, performance-based bonus program, business origination compensation and healthcare benefits.
Target Hiring Range: $145,000 – $185,000. Actual compensation will be determined by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education/training, and relevant skills.
