Join Actalent as an IV Certified Pharmacy Technician!

Location: Flower Mound, TX

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Actalent is actively hiring a licensed pharmacy technician to support a dynamic medical facility specializing in sterile compounding. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a structured, weekday-only environment.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare sterile IV medications following USP and OSHA guidelines
• Collaborate with the team during morning prep; work independently in the afternoon
• Handle both chemotherapy and non-chemotherapy drug preparations
• Accurately calculate dosages using metric and apothecary systems
• Maintain sterile compounding areas through routine cleaning procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Active Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) registration and IV certification
• Skilled in aseptic technique and sterile compounding
• Experience in oncology or high-volume IV prep is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
