About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be responsible for the development, interpretation, and administration of the organization's financial policies and activities. This executive management position involves leading and directing all local financial activities, establishing and managing operational and capital budgets, and providing financial leadership to ensure the fulfillment of fiscal responsibilities. The CFO will also contribute financial expertise to the planning of new services, serve as the finance lead in contract negotiations, and work with senior leaders to manage costs and productivity. Additionally, the CFO will be a key stakeholder in performance improvement activities and will ensure the organization meets necessary financial regulatory and compliance requirements. Candidates for the CFO position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, and a Master's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a CPA. A minimum of 5-8 years' related work experience and supervisory/management experience is required. The successful candidate will have the ability to effectively communicate financial information, plan and manage collaboration, and possess advanced technical computer skills.
