About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join their team. The CFO will be a strategic partner to the CEO, responsible for developing and refining the company's strategic goals, co-leading board presentations, and driving operational excellence. This role involves supporting the growth of the business through financial analysis of market segments and strategic investments, as well as engaging with the audit committee and board of directors in both short-term and long-term planning. The CFO will also be instrumental in encouraging ongoing operational improvement, collaborating with various departmental leads, and maintaining effective relationships with key financial partners. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth finance operations or accounting environment, with at least 2 years' in the nutraceutical, food, beverage, or specialty consumer goods industry. M&A and PE experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building efficient teams, bringing automation to finance departments, and experience with a range of budgeting, planning, and analytic tool environments. A background in system consolidation and experience with cloud-based ERP environments is also a plus. The CFO must possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to provide transparent and engaging support to employees.
