Leasing & Marketing Professional: Leasing experience preferred, sales & customer service experience required
Assistant Property Manager: A minimum of 1 year of related leasing or property management experience.
Property Manager: A minimum of 1 year experience in onsite property management, including leasing and bookkeeping knowledge.
Maintenance Supervisor: EPA and HVAC certification required, CPO certification preferred, previous maintenance supervisor experience strongly preferred
Maintenance Technician: EPA and HVAC certification required, CPO certification preferred
