Fit Recruiting is looking for a detail-driven Business Operations Analyst to join a collaborative team that provides high-level support across various departments. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-focused, well-organized, and enjoys taking on multiple responsibilities to keep operations running smoothly. This is a full-time, on-site position in Mobile, Alabama, offering a salary in the $65K—$75K range, depending on experience, plus company benefits, growth, and advancement.

Duties:

  • Provide operational and administrative support to Managing Directors and account teams.
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and oversee logistics for presentations and events.
  • Draft and distribute internal communications and maintain accurate account tracking.
  • Navigate company systems to extract and organize data for strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare polished agendas, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate travel, reconcile expenses, and maintain operating procedures.
  • Serve as a reliable team player, providing backup support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Co-Pilot.
  • Ability to adapt to new systems and technology quickly.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact with senior leaders and external partners.
  • A proactive problem-solver with accountability, adaptability, and pride in their work.
  • Experience in corporate operations or administrative support (executive or high-level sales support a plus).
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
