IT Services: Application development, maintenance, and testing.

Business Process Outsourcing (BPO): Outsourcing of business processes to improve efficiency.

Enterprise Solutions: Implementation and support of enterprise-level software solutions. Digital Services: Services related to digital technologies, such as analytics, cloud, and IoT.

Salary Range: $120K-$130K/Annum

Job Description:

• Must have experience in integrating applications using SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect and header-based applications.



• Experience in Okta Access Gateway and implementing SSO with MFA.



• Knowledge of Microservices.



• Knowledge of API security with the ability to protect Okta APIs using API tokens and OAuth access tokens.



• Leads documentation efforts for the team, mentoring junior analysts.



• Serves as a subject matter expert for Okta team.



• Maintains Knowledge Base articles.



• Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide directions to team and customer.



• Creates ad-hoc and scheduled executive-level reports as required.



• The Analyst will serve as a technical expert for changes, break fixes, problem tickets in the Okta operations team.
