Job Responsibilities

• Meet and greet service customers promptly.
• Communicate with customers on options, cost, and timing to complete the delivery of maintenance and repairs
• Professionally address and resolve customer complaints or concerns.
• Inspect vehicles prior to each customer’s delivery to ensure vehicles services and/or repairs are performed correctly.
• Communicate the results with the customer explaining all completed work and charges.

Your Pre-Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in automotive service writing.
• Valid driver’s license with a positive driving record (2 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years).
• Ability to establish and maintain customer relationships online and in person.
• Comfortable working with various dealer software systems.
• Must be self-motivated.
• Must be organized, able to multitask and follow-up with customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operations instructions, and procedure manuals.
