Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Barred in Minnesota
- 2+ years of experience in Estate Planning Tax Transactions
- Experience in drafting complicated and challenging estate plans.
- Proficient at recognizing and advising on estate, gift and generation skipping transfer tax issues.
- Ability to coordinate, organize, manage, advise, recommend, and formulate sophisticated estate plans and wealth transfer strategies and charitable giving plans.
- Ability to oversee the preparation and review of gift, estate and trust tax returns; and handle all aspects of estate and trust administration.
- 1600+ billable hours
