Job Description

Join our team as an Assembly Technician , where you’ll play an essential role in producing high-quality components in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You’ll be responsible for operating production machinery, assembling parts, and ensuring products meet strict quality standards. Responsibilities:

• Operate assembly and production machines according to safety and quality guidelines.
• Assemble parts and components accurately following detailed work instructions.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and specification standards.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or defects to supervisors.
• Follow all company safety and production procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus—training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

The base pay range for this position is $31,200–$35,360 annually , excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
