Responsabilidades Como Asistente de Residentes a tiempo completo (turno vespertino) , apoyarás a personas mayores con tareas diarias como vestirse, bañarse y alimentarse — siempre con respeto, amabilidad y enfocándote en honrar su independencia y decisiones personales. Ayudar a residentes con el cuidado personal (alimentación, higiene, baño, vestimenta). Promover un ambiente seguro, cómodo y respetuoso. Crear relaciones genuinas y hacer que cada día cuente.
