Akkodis is seeking a Senior AI Product Analyst for an FTE role with a growing and well funded startup in the San Francisco/Bay Area. The candidate selected will ideally have 5+ years of experience.

Senior AI Product Analyst

Location: San Francisco, CA (position can be fully remote)

FTE position

Salary range: 180-190K

This product helps companies:

• Predict the optimal balance of human vs digital labor.
• Simulate outcomes before committing real resources.
• Deploy scalable solutions via integrated platforms and recruitment infrastructure.

Key Activities:

• Interview CEO users and internal stakeholders to establish success criteria
• Create evaluation rubrics for core capabilities and desired behaviors/outputs
• Design test scenarios reflecting real CEO workflows
• Work with engineering to implement measurement approaches (e.g. LLM-as-judge)
• Analyze results and iterate on evaluation criteria based on self-research/diagnosis and user feedback; review traces/conversations
• Generate hypotheses for improvement and iterate on prompts, make suggestions to engineering, run experiments.
